Description

Join an expert beer guide who will entertain and educate you on this beer-filled journey. Learn about the craft beer-making process from start to finish as well as some fun facts about beer history.  Meet your guide in front of the National Portrait Gallery and travel in an air-conditioned van to your first brewery. Itineraries may vary depending on brewery availability, however, each tour will include 3 breweries and up to 12 different beers to sample.  Possible stops include 3 Stars Brewing, who have been pushing the envelope on innovating new drinking experiences since 2009, District Chop House and Brewing, DC's oldest continuously operating brewpub, and Red Bear, an entirely LGBTC-owned brewery.  Whatever the itinerary, you'll be sure to enjoy some delicious local brews, as well as VIP access to the production areas where all the magic happens. Pair your drinks with a savory snack along the way.

  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the activity starts. Pre-gaming is strictly prohibited. Anyone visibly intoxicated before the tour will not be allowed to attend and a refund will not be provided. For US citizens, please bring a non-expired state ID. If you are not from the US, please bring your passport. Open-toed shoes are not allowed due to safety concerns, especially in brewery settings. You must wear closed toe shoes. Minimum age is 21, no exceptions. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements or in the event of inclement weather. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required.
