From there, experience a short waterfall walk (0.2 miles) to Madison Creek Falls and viewpoints of the glacier-fed Elwha River. 30 minutes further on the drive, go to Lake Crescent, the centerpiece of the itinerary, and enjoy a 2- to 3-mile guided hike to Marymere Falls and surrounding trails immersed in old-growth forests.
