Take in the stunning views of the glacier-covered volcano, which towers over the surrounding mountains in the Cascade Mountain Range with its 14,410-foot height - the tallest mountain in Washington. Hike with the guide for a few hours while taking in the panoramic views of Mt. Rainier and other mountains in the park. From November to June snowshoes/crampons are provided when the trails are covered with snow. (In the winter some areas of the park are closed and some waterfalls may be frozen or not accessible and getting close to glaciers may not be possible if more roads are closed on some winter days).
