Step into the captivating world of downtown Tucson, There are 7 tastings on the tour, the tastings showcase the food of the Southwest and Mexico. Hear tales of ghosts, bank robbers, murals, Spanish forts and a city born of volcanic rock. This tour is lead by a James Beard competition winning chef.
Tucson is one of the oldest settlements in North America, the original native tribes installed irrigation for crops over 4000 years ago, the Spanish built a fort here in 1775, Mormons occupied the fort in the 1850's for a brief time and the city now the 1st city of Gastronomy as named by Unesco.
